One thing that I’ve noticed is the impressive personal productivity that everyone is talking and posting about. Special meals every night, cleaning closets, doing puzzles and projects and generally kicking ass with the extra time gained with no commute, less meetings and the generally strange new normal.

I have found none of this. We had guacamole and Oreos for dinner last night, laundry is piled high and I’ve taken extra naps.

Why am I sharing this? Because I want you to know that it’s OK. Do whatever you need to do. Take care of yourself. One nice thing about being on lockdown is that there is nobody to judge. Give yourself a break if you need one. Work harder if it makes you feel better. If you need help, ask for it. Hang in there.
